I went to see my chiropractor this morning, which is always a fun outing. First of all, I get to have my back massaged for 15 mins, along with a good old gossip. I've never known a straight man who was such a scandal-monger! Always entertaining... He then goes twist-click-crunch with my neck and back and I emerge feeling about 6 foot tall - marvellous. He always makes a play of telling me off for not doing my exercises and for sleeping on my front, both of which are Bad Things, but he's never dictatorial about it, unlike some other chiros that I've met. So today he did his usual thing of mildly scolding me and then said 'Oh, you could always sew a big button on to the front of your pyjamas so that it's uncomfortable to sleep on your front. That or get pregnant!' Like I said, always entertaining...

Apparently it stops you from sleeping on your back. I suppose you could try it the right way round to stop you sleeping on your front ... er ... no, that wouldn't work, would it? *blushes* ... I'll get my coat ... |
