Hi Diddly Dee, an Actor's Life for Me
"Those who agree with us may not be right, but we admire their astuteness."
Cullen Hightower
Is it just me, or is 67 pounds for a pair of hold ups a little excessive? *falls over*

sammy / Website (14.11.06 21:14) hell, just to have them ripped off?
Katja / Website (14.11.06 21:15) Exactly! And probably laddered in the process... |
sammy / Website (14.11.06 21:18) i expect them to have sexy man hands to hold them up for that price! |
sammy / Website (14.11.06 21:19) actually i just looked at the piture and I WANT THEM |
Katja / Website (14.11.06 21:20) Haha! Oh yes, that would make them worth it. |
Katja / Website (14.11.06 21:21) They're too opaque for me. I'm more of a sheer-with-a-backseam kind of a girl... |
sammy / Website (14.11.06 21:27) oh yes. hmmm but the yellow silky bits...oh mmm |
Katja / Website (14.11.06 21:30) There's no way you could ever wear them with anything other than a basque and a pair of high heels, is there? Ace. |
sammy / Website (14.11.06 21:31) i don't have the legs for that sadly.... one day maybe |
Katja / Website (14.11.06 21:38) Rubbish. High heels are a marvellous invention - they make legs look fantastic. |
sammy / Website (14.11.06 21:47) um i like your positivity.... but no, not mine...all wobbles and ick |
amillionpieces / Website (14.11.06 22:30) But they're La Perla! And really hot :P |
Katja / Website (14.11.06 22:40) That's as may be, but they're still not worth 67 quid! |
amillionpieces / Website (14.11.06 22:42) You know you half want to treat yourself, you just won't admit it
Katja / Website (14.11.06 22:44) Not to those ones, no. I did see a gorgeous pair in Selfridges yesterday though - a mere snip at 43 pounds... |
valentia / Website (14.11.06 22:52) hey so if I buy you them for xmas do I get to see you in them? |
Katja / Website (14.11.06 22:55) Throw in a bottle of gin as well and it's a done deal. These are the ones I want:
amillionpieces / Website (14.11.06 22:58) Woah. Be still my... um.. ..beating heart?
Katja / Website (14.11.06 23:01) You know I don't look like that, don't you? |
amillionpieces / Website (14.11.06 23:04) Of course I do, she doesn't have your rapunzel like locks. |
Katja / Website (14.11.06 23:06) ...or my fat ass :P |
amillionpieces / Website (14.11.06 23:09) Now now, no need to get personal about the models swizzlestickness, she may have nutritional difficulties that make her that way... |
Katja / Website (14.11.06 23:30) Smooth. |
amillionpieces / Website (14.11.06 23:37) I wouldn't know about that, I mean, I look but I haven't... ...oh. I get it. |
valentia / Website (14.11.06 23:42) hmm im not so into them, i think im just going to have to pick. nite x |
Bored To Run / Website (15.11.06 10:15) Hold up? Well it's certainly daylight robbery... |
doctortripswitch / Website (15.11.06 10:24) *drops cymbal* |
princessfairytoes / Website (15.11.06 10:54) they will cut into your legs and leave a red line around your thigh , if you have used body lotion they will slide down like Norah Batty specials. Do you really want to look like trussed pork ? How come Peter knows they are La Perla!"!!!! |
princessfairytoes / Website (15.11.06 10:55) DUHHHH I have just found the link. tthey are horrid go for M&S though I do like the balck lace thing. |
Katja / Website (15.11.06 11:02) PFT, I've had the body lotion problem in the past - most embarrassing, especially as I was going out for dinner with my boyfriend of the time's parents! |
Katja / Website (15.11.06 12:02) Oh, and I think it's probably best not to ask how Pete knows so much about women's underwear... |
lilo / Website (15.11.06 12:49) I think they are beautiful. I love proper underwear and if I had the money, that's all I would ever wear. There's nothing like knowing that you're dressed beautifully from inside out to give a gal extra confidence and a spring in her step. |
Katja / Website (15.11.06 12:57) Oh, too right, Lilo. Underwear and shoes are key when it comes to feeling good about yourself. |
amillionpieces / Website (15.11.06 13:03) Katja, you know I never reveal the source of my knowledge. At least not after I signed all those confidentiality agreements
Katja / Website (15.11.06 13:06) Oh, don't be coy, Peter! We all know you're a cabaret dancer in a seedy burlesque bar by night. |
amillionpieces / Website (15.11.06 13:20) Well, now you mention it, if you want the La Perla's I've got so many points on my loyalty card, they'd probably be free... ...what? sometimes stage wear gets damaged in the act. |
badger / Website (15.11.06 17:09) Excellent. Just excellent. I'm all for a bit of femininity. Did I spell that correctly? |
quips (15.11.06 17:22) I'd be the best dressed bank robber. I don't imagine they'd be very abrasive on my delicate skin either. |
Amy / Website (15.11.06 19:13) I'm loving the yellow heels but not so sure about the actual hold ups..no matter how skinny your legs are, hold ups will still find an ounce of fat and dig in to it and cause a bulge..obviously apart from that model but I bet she was airbrushed anyways!!
c-side / Website (17.11.06 10:09) If you get the legs included it might be worth it! Not not 50 denier can ever be sexy though? I take it they're a hit with the boys more than the girls. Wonder why?
roach / Website (17.11.06 17:22) gosh. she's very small that model. isn't she? [captcha says 'sad me' aaah] |
Katja / Website (17.11.06 17:36) c-side: I agree, 50 denier just SO isn't sexy! But then, I guess I'm not the one judging the effect... roach: yes, she's teeny-weeny. But she looks pretty good on it - I'm not one of these militant 'ban thin women just for being thin' people. |
