When shall we three meet again?

It's such a lovely day. I have been outside for the last hour or so, mowing the lawn and pruning bushes andsoforth. I do like being out in the garden, but my skin can't take too much sunshine, so I have retreated inside to the safety of the computer. Tomorrow evening, however, I plan to spend many hours out there, drinking gin and cackling with two of my closest friends. The three witches of Kilburn, reunited by moonlight. Excellent.

I like being in the garden too, if there is one around, but as you said, cannot stay outside for long, not coz of skin, but i get tired very easily.
My mom always says, 'You city girls are so lazy and so delicate'.

One of the things that I have most of in my garden, growing wild, is violets, funnily enough! They've taken over the area at the top end of the garden, coming up in between the paving stones. They're so pretty.

If you find a solution to anything important while setting the world to rights please, please, please, I beseech you, write it down. I've lost track of the number of times that I've discovered a remedy for all the world's ills only to forget it when I've sobered up in the morning (afternoon). By the way, I have loads of violets in my garden too, but I've been told they are forget-me-nots. Surely I would have remembered forget-me-nots, and not forgotten what they looked like. The only problem I have with my violets is that they're not violet, but what the hell, must be the greenhouse effect
